Linnworks Mobile App | Warehouse & Inventory Management Guide

Linnworks Mobile is designed to work with a mobile scanner and can be accessed with Linnworks credentials by any user with relevant permissions defined in Linnworks.net. Log in to mobile.linnworks.net on your device and click to access the Linnworks Mobile menu.

Stock Item View

Allows reviewing product details available in My Inventory in Linnworks.net from Linnworks mobile.

Sales Dashboards

This dashboard provides a quick but profound glance at your sales performance.

Pickwave

Digital picklists are generated for open orders or warehouse transfers and sent directly to a user's mobile device. Directional picking is also available.

Dispatch

Print an invoice, a shipping label, or both, and mark orders as processed from the mobile scanner.

Stock Move

Allows users to quickly and easily log stock movement in warehouse-managed locations.

Replenishment

Promptly detect which stock in warehouse-managed locations needs to be moved from the storage to ensure enough stock is on hand to fulfill orders.

Stock Count

Count stock to ensure that Linnworks correctly displays the number of available items in the warehouse.

Stock In

Book the stock and mark it as delivered for a specific purchase order using a mobile scanner.

Printing

Allow printing of documents such as invoices and shipping labels from a mobile scanner that the user carries around the warehouse.

Settings

Detect and enable the necessary settings that you need before scanning your items.

Linnworks Mobile is not meant to use a smartphone as a scanning device. It was meant to be used for certain handheld scanner models whose settings do not activate the Enter function as soon as something is scanned. In this case, the scan entry field would allow users to type in their SKUs or barcodes into the interface manually.

Below is a summary of the minimum requirements for a scanner to be compatible with Linnworks:

The native application available in the Google Play Store requires Android 7 or up. Scanners with a lower version of Android can still access Linnworks Mobile using mobile.linnworks.net.
We recommend using Linnworks Mobile with scanners with a screen size of at least 5 inches. Using scanners with smaller screens may not give you the best experience.
Wi-Fi support.
Recommend 4G/5G connectivity for backup in poor Wi-Fi zones.

Due to the amount of hardware on the market, Linnworks cannot recommend a specific scanner, as we would need to have tested each one personally in a live environment.
